How to cancel an order before it ships.
Before Shipment
Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they enter processing. Because orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Saturday), please contact us at Contact@crenvu.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
After Shipment
Order Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item, whether defective or simply not what you wanted. We never charge restocking fees. Crenvu covers return shipping both ways, at no cost to you. Once we receive your returned item, a full refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
