Products, Pricing & Orders

We are a retailer of outdoor storage products, including brands such as Keter and Outsunny. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Returns

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, including large freight items, with no hidden fees. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (no international shipping). Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Saturday); orders placed after 11:00 PM CST are processed the next business day. Small and medium items arrive 1-3 business days after processing. Large/freight items arrive 3-7 business days after processing.

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item, whether defective or simply not what you wanted. We never charge restocking fees. Crenvu covers return shipping both ways, at no cost to you. Once we receive your returned item, a full refund is processed within 3-5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Crenvu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
